Project Background

With evolving product processes and order demands, the customer sought to enhance flexibility and improve the long-term utilization of automation equipment for continuous adaptability, while balancing productivity with capital expenditure.

 

Solution

Mijoint engineered a flexible automation production line built on a standardized platform. Through modular design and standardized interfaces, it enables flexible configuration and rapid changeover across different production modes and product specifications.

The system supports both stand-alone and integrated-line production, and is configured with corresponding modules and specifications according to different products and production requirements. Reserved standardized interfaces and a modular architecture also allow process modules to be added or removed directly in the existing production line for future product iterations.
