Driven by Internal Strength and Global Expansion, MIJOINT Accelerates Its High-Quality Global Growth Strategy
As the global industrial automation industry undergoes a new phase of restructuring and resource integration, 2025 has become a pivotal year in MIJOINT’s pursuit of high-quality global growth.
Through a series of targeted strategic adjustments and industrial initiatives, the company has established a dual growth model centered on strengthening its internal capabilities while expanding into international markets. These efforts have significantly enhanced MIJOINT’s overall capabilities and global competitiveness, marking a new stage in its international development.
1. Strengthening Internal Growth Through Strategic Acquisition and Integration
To reinforce its technological advantages and expand its product portfolio, MIJOINT completed the full acquisition of Shenzhen Xingtaida Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. This represents an important strategic step in strengthening the company’s core competitiveness and supporting internally driven growth.
Xingtaida has specialized in precision assembly equipment for consumer electronics for more than a decade. It has accumulated extensive expertise in R&D, customer resources, and process implementation, making its capabilities highly complementary to MIJOINT’s existing business.
From a technical perspective, Xingtaida holds several core invention patents related to vision-guided positioning and flexible robotic handling. These capabilities can be integrated with MIJOINT’s existing modular equipment platforms, strengthening specialized processes and expanding the technical scope of the company’s intelligent manufacturing solutions.
In terms of customer resources, Xingtaida has served leading consumer electronics companies such as Huawei and OPPO. Its established customer relationships and mature collaboration model complement MIJOINT’s existing business ecosystem, creating strong potential for customer synergies and deeper engagement with China’s advanced manufacturing market.
The benefits of the acquisition have already begun to emerge. Following the integration of the two R&D teams, they jointly developed a new integrated assembly solution for intelligent wearable devices. This achievement demonstrates the value of their combined technical capabilities and provides strong support for MIJOINT’s expansion into specialized markets and further product development.
2. Accelerating International Expansion in Southeast Asia
While integrating industrial resources in China and strengthening its domestic foundation, MIJOINT has continued advancing its global strategy.
The company has identified Southeast Asia as a key region for international expansion. By establishing local operations and technical service teams, MIJOINT aims to support the region’s growing electronics manufacturing industry more effectively.
2.1 Malaysia Subsidiary Begins Operations as a Regional Service Hub
In the second quarter of 2025, MIJOINT’s Malaysian subsidiary completed its registration and officially began operations.
The subsidiary is located in Penang Science Park, an established industrial hub that hosts major global semiconductor companies such as Intel and onsemi. The area offers a mature supply chain, a well-developed industrial environment, and access to highly skilled technical professionals, providing strong conditions for localized operations and technical services.
As MIJOINT’s primary service hub in Southeast Asia, the Malaysian subsidiary coordinates technical communication, equipment maintenance, and after-sales support across the region.
The company has assembled a 20-member local technical team serving Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and other Southeast Asian markets, enabling a response to customer requirements within 48 hours.
This regional presence shortens service distances, reduces the inefficiencies and costs associated with conventional cross-border support, and significantly improves the service experience for overseas customers.
2.2 Accelerating Preparations for the Thailand Office
To strengthen its coverage across Southeast Asia, MIJOINT is accelerating preparations for its Thailand office, which is expected to be formally established in the first quarter of 2026.
Once operational, the Thailand office will complement the Malaysian regional hub, creating a multidimensional service network covering Southeast Asia and supporting the region’s rapidly growing electronics manufacturing sector.
According to publicly available industry data, the Southeast Asian market for high-speed cables and connectors exceeded USD 3 billion in 2024, indicating considerable growth potential. MIJOINT’s early presence positions the company to capture opportunities in this expanding market.
3. Strategic Upgrade: From Product Exports to Localized Operations
MIJOINT’s initiatives in China and overseas mark a significant upgrade to its globalization strategy.
Previously, the company’s international business relied primarily on distributors. This model created limitations such as slower market response, weaker customer engagement, and insufficient continuity in service, restricting deeper overseas expansion.
Through domestic acquisitions, local overseas teams, and regional service locations, MIJOINT has strengthened both its R&D capabilities and global service network.
Compared with a conventional export-based model, localized operations allow the company to understand and respond to the customized requirements of overseas customers more accurately, adapt quickly to market changes, and establish the operational foundation required for large, long-term international projects.
According to the company’s internal projections, the continued development of Southeast Asian and other overseas markets is expected to increase international revenue significantly. MIJOINT projects that overseas business will rise from 12% of total revenue in the previous year to 25% in 2025.
This rapid international growth is expected to become a major driver of the company’s performance, supporting MIJOINT’s continued transition toward faster and higher-quality global development.
