Under the warm winter sun, MIJOINT Intelligent Technology held the handover ceremony for its new facility at Coolpad Technology Park in Dongguan.

The ceremony marked an important milestone for the provincially recognized specialized and innovative enterprise. By establishing operations within one of Dongguan’s key electronic information industry clusters, MIJOINT has taken a major step toward expanding both its production capacity and business scale.

The newly delivered production and R&D base is MIJOINT’s largest integrated facility to date. Its planning and configuration have been designed to support the company’s long-term development strategy.

Covering approximately 17,000 square meters, the new base is currently being prepared for operation and is expected to open formally in the first quarter of 2026.

The close concentration of upstream and downstream companies enables efficient resource coordination, creating favorable conditions for MIJOINT’s production, R&D, supply-chain integration, and business collaboration.

Coolpad Technology Park is located near the advanced industrial cluster of Songshan Lake Science City, providing access to a concentration of technology and innovation resources.

The park offers established supporting facilities, including precision processing resources, professional testing and certification services, and integrated logistics and warehousing capabilities. These resources support the R&D, testing, storage, and manufacturing requirements of technology companies.

The park also benefits from convenient transport connections and is approximately a 40-minute drive from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport. This helps reduce the time required for sourcing materials and delivering finished products while improving overall operating efficiency.

According to a MIJOINT representative, the company selected this location not only because of Dongguan’s mature industrial ecosystem but also because of the park’s innovation environment, access to skilled talent, and professional operational services.

2.3 Strengthening the Talent Pipeline

As a technology-driven company specializing in the electronic information industry, MIJOINT regards talent development as a central part of its growth strategy.

Following the opening of the new base, the company plans to expand its recruitment of highly skilled professionals in automation control, artificial intelligence algorithms, mechanical design, and related disciplines.

Under the company’s plan, the new facility will establish an R&D and technical team of approximately 800 employees to support technological innovation and product development. The new facility uses a systematic and intelligent layout designed to replace conventional extensive production models with clearly defined functional areas and digital production infrastructure.

The facility is divided into four primary areas:

• Complete equipment assembly

Each area has a clearly defined role while remaining connected to the broader operating system. The layout supports standardized, large-scale production and provides dedicated environments for technology development, product testing, and customer service.

3.2 Digital Manufacturing and Defined Capacity Targets

The new facility is planned to include 12 intelligent production lines integrating an MES platform and digital-twin technology.

These systems will support data-driven, visualized, and intelligent management throughout production, helping reduce manufacturing errors and improve processing accuracy and delivery efficiency.

MIJOINT’s core products include automation equipment for AI server high-speed cables and automotive wire harness assembly and testing.

Supported by the new intelligent production lines and standardized manufacturing system, the facility is expected to achieve an annual capacity of 300 sets of intelligent equipment and an annual output value exceeding RMB 300 million.
