MIJOINT intelligent technology: shorten customer response distance with responsive local support

After the delivery of smart manufacturing equipment, the real test of an enterprise's capabilities is often not the performance of a single device, but the service system behind its long-term stable operation. MIJOINT Intelligent Technology has established a localized rapid service network covering domestic and foreign customers based on customer on-site needs, striving to ensure that installation, training, maintenance, spare parts and technical support can be delivered to the site faster and more stably.

Currently, MIJOINT Intelligent Technology has established branches and sales service centers in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Mexico and other regions, forming a cross-regional service network. This layout solves the traditional problems of slow cross-regional response and untimely operation and maintenance, and also allows customers to receive support that is closer to the site during the commissioning and subsequent use of equipment.

In the equipment introduction stage, MIJOINT provides door-to-door installation and positioning, complete line linkage debugging and on-site trial production services until the equipment reaches stable mass production status. At the same time, the company will conduct graded practical training for operators and technicians and provide complete operation manuals to help customer teams acquire independent operation and daily maintenance capabilities as soon as possible. In terms of equipment warranty, the entire machine is guaranteed for one year. Non-human damage can be repaired free of charge. During the warranty period, free door-to-door service is also provided.

MIJOINT Intelligent Technology: Shorten the customer response distance with responsive local support

In the face of fault handling, MIJOINT has established a clear repair reporting and response mechanism. After customers report problems via phone or WeChat, the service team can respond within 30 minutes and prioritize remote investigation and resolution. If on-site support is required, service personnel can respond within 2 hours and be on site 24 hours a day to minimize the impact of equipment downtime on production rhythm.

Spare parts guarantee is also an important part of localization services. MIJOINT sets up safety stocks for commonly used spare parts and provides more competitive spare parts prices to reduce the risk of line interruptions caused by customers waiting for spare parts. For software and program problems, the company provides free maintenance and repair, backup file support, and program optimization services when customers add new processes.

In addition to troubleshooting, MIJOINT also pays attention to the long-term operating status of the equipment. The company can conduct on-site inspections on a quarterly or annual basis to check equipment wear, safety and accuracy; it can also provide upgrading and transformation plans for production capacity improvement, hardware upgrades such as servo or camera, and adaptation of old equipment to new processes. Long-term technical support covers production replacement guidance, abnormal root cause analysis, and assists customers in improving OEE, yield and UPH.

Currently, MIJOINT Intelligent Technology has served customers in industries such as Tyco, Apple, Molex, and Amphenol, and has delivered more than 5,000 devices in total, covering more than 10 countries around the world. Relying on domestic after-sales staffing in East China, South China, Southwest and other regions, as well as collaborative support from overseas service centers, MIJOINT is turning "quick response" into long-term service capabilities that customers can perceive and rely on.
